At Thurso-Hockey.com, we work with GLS to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. We aim to ship your parcel within 3 business days, or up to 5 business days during busy periods. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to follow your delivery.

Important: If you have not received your order after 10 business days, please contact our customer service at sarah@thurso-hockey.com so we can assist you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on the destination and order value:

• Belgium
  – Orders under €150: €7.50
  – Orders over €150: Free shipping

• France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands
  – Orders under €150: €7.50
  – Orders over €150: Free shipping

• Rest of Europe (e.g. Spain, Italy, Austria, etc.)
  – Orders under €150: €15.00
  – Orders over €150: Free shipping

• Rest of the world (e.g. Malta, Cyprus, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Gibraltar, Japan, Brazil, Australia, China, etc.)
  – Flat rate: €150.00

Any applicable customs fees, duties, or VAT are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the country.
